Is your child the girliest of girls? Does she love hair, make up, posing for photos and enjoy spending time with her friends? A children’s makeover photoshoot party could be the perfect way to celebrate a up coming birthday.
You daughter can choose to invite between 4 – 12 friends to her make over photoshoot party, where she will welcome them to a champagne reception (squash in champagne flutes) followed by hair and makeup styling and a fun photo shoot capturing memories to cherish.

What to expect from your photoshoot party
The group are welcomed to our Hair and Makeup studio by our Make Up Artist Emma who is there to give them a makeover that they will love. For the younger ones 7-12 years Glitter, gloss and curls, 13-16 years mini makeover experience. (we will only offer age appropriate make up styling)
We try and make the whole experience as fun as possible. Our parties are available to adults looking to celebrate a land mark birthday, they make the perfect start to a night out!

Parties last 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the amount of Children attending the party.
You're welcome to bring along outfit changes, props and food along with your birthday cake!

Photoshoot Party Prices
Parties are £50 to book then:-
£20 per person 7-12 year olds
£35 per person 13-16 Year olds
£45 per person for adult makeover parties (the same experience with alcohol permitted)

Frequently asked questions
Can parents stay during the photoshoot party?
We ask for just the birthday girls parents or not more than two adults to stay for the duration of the photoshoot party. We entertain the children throughout which gives parents the chance to sit back relax and enjoy the whole experience. You will have studio 1 to yourself’s through out the party so you can make your selfs at home.
Can I bring food along to my photoshoot party?
Yes, we recommend them you bring food along to enjoy in the first half of the photoshoot party. The perfect time to eat is while children are waiting for there turn to have hair and make up styling. you are welcome to order take away food, bring a buffet or just nibbles. we will provide plastic champagne flutes and there first drink, this it usually a mixed fruit juice but you are welcome to bring your own drinks with you.
You could also bring a wooden or colourful plastic spoon in case your child doesn’t enjoy the feeling of the cake on their hands.
Don’t forget to bring plenty of wet wipes, a towel and a spare set of clothes for yourself as well as your child – you never know how messy your cake smash photoshoot may get!
You can bring along anything you like that will make the session more personal to you and your child.
Can I bring along a birthday cake and party accessories to my photoshoot party?
Yes, we recommend that you bring along a birthday cake as we will sing happy birthday at the end of the party, this is part of our photo shoot routine. you are also welcome to bring accessories such as balloons and props and outfit changes.
Do I need to get consent from other parents for my photoshoot party?
Yes, The responsibility of all children invited to a photoshoot party lies solely with the person who booked the party, i.e parent/guardian of the birthday girl. This person must have consent from the parents of children invited for the application of hair and make up, it is also the responsibility of this person to inform staff of any allergies.

I contacted Studio 1 via their website regarding a newborn photoshoot. Emma contacted me less than 24 hours from enquiring and a shoot was organised for when my baby was 10 days old. Both Emma and Ashley were very friendly and welcoming.
On arrival, the studio was clean and modern but with a rustic feel. I hate having my photo taken but Ashley made me feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera.
I am very pleased with the final product and so happy that I chose Studio 1 to capture those precious memories. They offer a excellent quality service at very reasonable prices.

After a recent visit to the studio for a photo session. We were greeted by a young lady with a friendly and helpful attitude and great smile. We were offered drinks and made to feel welcome why we relaxed and awaited our session.
The session was really professional and the photographer did really well to engage and entice my children to be natural and amazing. The pictures were processed and edited it a swift and professional manner and upon our return the viewing was conducted professionally and in a smart setting, must note loved the use of the tv to view the images on.
The wide selection of images made choosing almost impossible. Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon. Thank you.

Had two different photoshoots done by Ash and been really pleased each time first was a family one at the studio and 2nd was just recently of mine and my new hubby’s wedding day. The studio is lovely and feels so relaxed. Ash is just amazing at what he does, easy to get along with and you can tell he loves his job.
Waiting on my wedding photos but I know I’ll love them as I loved our family shoot.
